My little sister was my music inspiration. We sang all the time. She took me to a pawn shop to purchase my first guitar in a cardboard case for only $15! She taught me 3 chords and 3 songs to play on my guitar. As my desire for Jesus grew, He put my thoughts to music. Today, my sister and I still sing together. She added her talents to my second CD, "ROOTS. "I am Your Rock, Child."
I thought everybody had songs in their head!
These are some of the subjects I sang about, in addition to my husband, Kids and friends! My guitar is still my security blanket. My melodies come from God's Heartstrings.
